My Tug of War

"The faster I write the better my output.

If I'm going slowly I'm in trouble.

It means I'm pushing the words instead of being pulled by them."

i couldnt agree more with this.
the faster i write the better my words make sense. i dont know if i am out of tune with the way i feel or think, but whatever it is i have stopped the think tick and focused more on the write tick!

i find that when i write, the words flow if i don't have to think too much about them. nice quote, shafs :-)

This is only something that you writer types will identify with :-P

@ seher & gg: i think at some point in the creative process, the muse takes over and should be allowed to do so... thinking is crit-ting and should be left for later, else it stifles the creative flow... that works for me... just to write write write without judging my work and to let the process lead me along (following a sketchy plan of sorts)

@ joe: :-P i dont know anyone more melodramatic than you are, dearie... and no, i won't block comments! chill. besides, it's your love for us writer types that keeps you coming back for more (drama) ;)

hmmmm.... i usually write fast, when im on a roll, and I'm scared that I'll forget whatever the muse is sending my way.... otherwise its like slow and considered... but hey as long as it looks good on paper... i guess the time thing is not really an issue...
